Does anyone have any experience either positive or negative with the ECD 9600? How is there support as a company?

One thing to take into consideration with EDC is their service. They have down sized their work force and I have had numerous problems trying to schedule or obtain service support. I have switched our EDC batch cleaner with Austin American Technologies 9000 series cleaner and have had excellent results from knowledge, support, and overall performance.
