Maybe wrong fiducial locations in program, if all of the parts are off.

I recently had the same problem and it drove me nuts. Finally discovered that I was using one fiducial twice instead of two different fiducials.

Please be a little bit more specific about your problem. 1. is it all components on every board? 2. is it only components placed from one machine in the line? 3. is the solder paste registration ok? 4. is this a new product, that have never been running before, or did it just happend on a product that you never had a problem with before? 5. x or y, + or -? 6. You say pad size? Please explain. Only comps. using that particular pad size is off? 7. What type of machines in the line? 8. etc.

We will help you to troubleshoot the problem, but to be able to fully understand your problem and get you an adequate answer, we need some more info.

/Sincerly Ps. If/when You solve the problem, please tell us how. Ds.

Hi CKH,

If the problem is on the current board type only, the problem is in the fiducials or in the CAD data. If the problem remains on all boards(different product) it is definetly a machine calibration problem. Did you try to reteach the board ones more? If the problem is on one component package only it could be a software problem. You can create a new component or check the current one if your software allows that. Good luck!
