Pattern Design for Panasonic Right Angle LED's

Hello Everyone, Does anyone have any experience with an SMT right angle LED from Panasonic, part number LNJ123W8PRZ. In our experience the pattern design from the vendor was not very effective (the part swam around on the pads & flipped backwards during reflow). We've modified the pattern design, slowed down our placement speed and ensured that the placement location was as centered as possible, even experimented with paste aperture shape and thickness. Things improved, but not as much as we have hoped. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks, Joe C.
