Has anyone here had issues with Titan's (Board house) Leadfree / Rohs compliant boards blistering at lead free temps? MAX temp 250c thx

I doubt it's the board house. Check the Laminate being used.

When you find out that the laminate is IS410, search the forum for time and location for the next "RoHs Compliant PCB Delamination Support Group" Some of the locations are hard to find but you can't miss the Name Plate on the door.

Most companies I know have had issues with board delamination after switching to Pb-Free. Although some have changed laminates successfully, only time will tell.
