I do this ALL the time, and it is pretty much transparent to the process. We have done shake, burn in, and functional tests with our products and we didn't have any issues what so ever. We have had a RoHS complient process for well over 18 months now and we haven't seen any field failures due to this either. So, it is pretty much a safe bet you'll be okay.

We even have used Non-RoHS components in our RoHS process, but of course we can't state these boards are now RoHS compliant because of the Non-RoHS parts.

You shouldn't have any issues with solderability. Just for information, we're using Kester EM907, which is a SAC305.

AFAIK TI has been totally ROHS compliant for at least 10 years. And you didn't hear complaints about them, OH wait a minute yes we did. You might have to go with a slightly hotter profile.
