What is your opinion of this frameless system? How long have you had your system? How many cycles on your stencils? Any issues you are not happy with? How is storage working for you? Any issues with cleaning?

Good morning,

Worth system for 0.5mm or more pitch paste printing. For less pitch (uBGA, 0.4mm etc) framed stencil are preferred due to better tensioning. Main issue with them is handling. Stencil apertures that are used for tensioning might be easily damaged due to improper installation and tension might become unacceptable due to this. Operators have to be properly trained. No issues with storage/cleaning.

BR, Pavel
