Fuji CP643 Foam board support

Is there anyone out there using this ? It looks like they only sell it for the 643 machines. Can it be adapted for 642 machines as well ?

We have 2 major problems: 1. Operator makes width change adjust without removing supports from previous job. Table frame comes down...machine gets damaged.(Moveble rail on the X-Y-Z table comes down ontop support pin)

2. Operator sets board support so that it hangs out board of support plates. Table frame comes down...machine gets damaged.

We have now mandated that only technicians can set supports and do width change adjust. I would like to explore some alternatives such as the foam stuff.

We have 1000+ active assemblies in SMT, so I cannot have clear plastic plates and such that show board support locations. This turns into an engineering change nightmare.
