I have a CP642E machine that will not function if auto adjust is enabled in Part Descriptor. Symptom: Auto pick offset causes machine to pick part off center to the point of going to end of part after several picks. This only happens to parts that have a rotation other than zero in the program. I have recalibrated the parts camera and replaced the CPU card, Vision processor pcb, Device table servo cards, SCSi card and upgraded the FIrmware and VP to current version. The placement is to OEM specs and the pick up will start in the center of the part after Auto pick offset removed, but will wander off on 90, 180 or 270 rotations. ----ANT IDEAS?-------

Hi, I am interested of what the Fuji field engineers has to say about this? I trust You did not do all of this "replacement & calibration" by yourself?

Is this happend randomly in a previuos known good pattern program, or just with a certain parts with a specific part number in the database? Please describe your problem a little bit more in detail. It sounds that you have the numbers all wrong in your part library for a certain component/package? Or is it maybe that when you set it's origin in the data base, then when you import new cad files into the system, to be able to create the file for dowwnload, it's get it all wrong beacuse of just that? /Sincerly Ps. Sorry for my poor english & gramma. Ds.

The program that I use is the Fuji calibration program and it works fine on all other equipment that I use it on. The PDs are dialed in at 10% tolerance and the nozzles are new. I see it more on 105 and 1608 parts but it happens on 2012 and 3216 parts.

I have set the PQ with the CP6 station jigs. It is dialed in to 0.02mm of zero. I also checked station 5.
