Soldering (SnPbAg) to Vapor Deposited Metals

Hello All,

Does anyone have any experience with soldering to vapor deposited metallizations such as gold? Or, does anyone know of any papers discussing soldering to vapor deposited metals?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
