I'd like to hear from anyone using the PumpPrint stencils to dispense/print solder paste. Are you using ProFlow or just squeegee blades? How often do you have to clean?

Mike,

I do not believe the PumpPrint stencils are use for applying paste. We used them for applying adhesive on a particular PCB that required tall dots for larger components.

We use the ProFlow system exclusively for paste and adhesive applications. We like it.

DEK has it listed on their literature as an application for the stencil technology, although most of the discussion is for adhesive. Thanks for the feedback.
