Circuitnet has learned that Universal Instruments is once again under new management.

It appears that Francisco Partners has sold the company to Patriarch Partners LLC, a private equity investment firm managed by Lynn Tilton who is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Some employees and former senior managers, who were laid-off indicate that Ms. Tilton is currently managing the day-to-day activities within the company and plans to sell off assets.
