Pana Feeders

We are having difficulty in obtaining some feeders for Panasonic MV2V (medium) in the short timescales we require. The feeder types are as follows:

2 off 12x8, 2 off 16x8, and 2 off 8x4. All are 'Q' type.

Is there anyone out there who has any spare of these and are willing to loan, rent or sell them to someone in need?
