[Although the very nice people that sell "saw depanelers" call their equipment singulators. We assume they do that because either they're too lazy come-up with a term that reduces confusion, rather than increasing it or they're stupid.]

Yes. Wand makes punch sinulation equipment. We think they're still around, maybe part of Tyco out of Harrisburg, PA.
