MICROJOIN HCD-125 | 10 April, 2009

I have a Microjoin HCD-125 power supply for a resistance welder and it is not Welding, apparently I am not getting any welding current, Could this problem be with the programming of the unit or a fault wih same. if so how can I isolate the problem? Thanks Warmest regards Kenlowe
