Bent QFP Leads | 14 April, 2009

We have a handful of large, fine pitch QFP's for a HOT build. The leads are damaged due a loose matrix tray. We've fought with this in the past by straightening the leads by hand. We have no time to ship them out for re-bending or anyting like that. Can anyone offer and tricks or tooling advice to quickly and accurately straighten leads?
