I am trying to figure out a strange problem on our machine. When I turn on the component verifier fuction the pick in the feeder offsets to the right 3-4mils. This is causing mispicks on 0805 and 0603 parts. When I turn off the verifier the pick is centered in the pocket. I have checked the feederbank offset and the verifier offset and both are correct. Does anyone else know what is going on?

I haven't worked on that machine in a while but here's a couple things to check.

I'm pretty sure the verifier "feeders" have to be in the first feederslot on each side, make sure they are there.

I think offsets for the verifier "feeder" are automatically programmed for the first feeder slot, I suspect that you may have the verifier "feeder" in a different location.

Try leaving an empty slot between the verifier "feeder" and the first feeder.

I might be wrong but this is something to try.

I found that if the feeder correction is turned on the offset of the verifier is transfers to the feeder data for some reason. I turned the feeder correction off and the problem went away.
