I don't think DEK do anything, but does anyone know of anyone who does any full automatic stencil printers?

Look at Surface Mount Techniques:

http://www.smtprinters.com/printers.html

They make fully automatic printers that will print PCB's up to 30" X 60" and 1" thick.

That's pretty large format if you ask me...
