MPM ultraprint HiE 3000 x-axis vision error | 8 June, 2009

has anyone experienced a x-axis vision error on MPM ultraprint HiE 3000? The only solution for me so far, is to save the program as another name and reload the original. This corrects the problem although only a temporary fix. is there a permanent solution to this? thanks josh
