Excellent Web OEE calculator...

For Ideal Cycle time we use to take Programming Cycle Time but in this calculator it seems you have taken Equipment Rated CPH. For a Given Board & the placement locations the rated CPH is not at all attainable because the SMT equipment rated CPH is defined as the timetaken to pick a component from the feeder position & place on the board at minimum possible distance.

No the machine is not capacity constrained.

We do not use IPC-9850. Rated CPH is taken from Equipment manufaturer. Fuji-CP643. Universal HSP4796 We have 3 manufaturing units at different location Difficult to standardize OEE calculation

If the machine is not capacity constrained, what is the point of measuring how close to the optimum efficiency that it is operating? * Capacity of individual machies are unimportant, unless they are capacity contrained * Capacity of your line is dependent on the highest loaded machine
