ICT information needed

Hello friends:

In a few weeks we will have to assemble PC motherboards. We decided to use to purchase an ICT for testing the semi assembled boards (I mean with only SMD components on). Would anyone kindly like to recommend a SPECIFIC brand or model of ICT, based on a personal experience ?

It is very important for this tester to verify the following:

1- Easy to use through a user-friendly interface. 2- Based on a PC for writing,editing & storing programs for different products. 3- The number of testing points should be upgradable . (can be increased on demand ) 4- The testing fixtures should be available & the supplier should afford all the tools & materials needed to make these fixtures locally.
