Automation Machine Service Contracts

I am writing to get a general idea from the people on this forum. In percentage of machine total cost, what are companies charging for service contracts. Are they all inclusive, parts and labor only, pre-scheduled, and so on. Also what type of contracts have you bought in the past? Was it worth it? Any information would be very helpful.
