Has anyone else had failures with Leds made by EOI | 15 November, 2010

Has anyone else had failures with Leds from EOI? The part number is EOZ-ZARNCD0-DG. We are using a lead free no clean process using SAC305 solder. These are thru hole parts and our max temp is 244 for 3 seconds. Please if anyone else had issues or has issues, please let me know. Thanks for any input.
