which air knife do you wanna know about an air knife as part of a fluxer or a hot air knife to help with bridging problems?

Hi Bruce

It will be using a hot air knife for solder. Meanwhile, there are many bridging at fine pitch socket pin after wave. It isn't easy to tuoch up. So, consider the air knife can help a bit.

Jacki - using the airknife is not going to help your bridging problems. You will need to keep an eye on your specific gravity of your flux. You may need to thin the flux that you are using. Also the ultimate fix is a vibra wave. I would almost be that your specific gravity is off though. If you have a Kic thermal prifiling device you can look to make sure that your process is correct as well.
