Quad IV C problem. Our machine is not placing parts. We can test each component one by one and the machine picks and places the parts correctly. When we run the machine for production it does not pick up the parts. Any ideas?

Your vacuum verify is not working correctly. I think if you hit shift and switch verify....it will turn it off. You will not longer have a V just enter command on the hht. If this works ....try adjusting your mod code 9 to a better setting. Then you may be able to use the vacuum verify again. It could also be that the tube going into the transducer is clogged (located on the head board next to the mac valve).
