Component sticks to cover tape | 20 May, 2011

We have issues with the Philipps Luxeon Rebel LED where the part sticks to the cover tape during advancement. This causes the part to get flopped around in the pocket or the component gets dropped and damaged when the feeder advances.

Has anyone experienced this, and what is the recommended fix? We are locked into pneumatically actuated feeders and can't control the air flow to these. The only thing I can think of is getting these re-reeled/repackaged.
