Servicing or Maintenance CP45FV Neo | 3 August, 2011

Our Samsung CP45FV Neo is out of warranty, but due for its annual calibration/ service, however we are wondering whether it is really needed. The line only runs for 8 hours a day 5 days per week (including setup), so not heavy usage. The manual doesn't indicate a number of hours/ placements before a service. Does anyone recommend a service interval based on the number of hours used or parts placed?

If your parts are placing correctly you should be fine as far as calibration. As with all pick & place machines they need greased and filters changed. The maintenance should be in the manual. You can call dynatech they should be able to help you out.
