Looking for any feedback from those of you who have had any experience working with paste printers. How well do they work? Can we really get away from stencils? How do they handle fine pitch parts?

I assume you mean dispensers? They are slow and limited on how fine they can go. Paste is much more expensive. The money you save in stencils will be eaten up by other consumable items on the dispenser. They are flexible but how flexible do you need?
