Currently, we are using fixed barcode scanners that connect to Cogiscan PFC box. The scanners are mounted using a flexible arm. The flexible arm is hard to adjust so that the scanner will be on top of the label every time it hits the sensor. I'm looking for some ways (or product) on how I can mount the scanners and able to adjust easily to where the label located on the board. Different assembly/boards have each own label position, so it's not the same all the time.

Hi, we use some camera based readers, they can scan all barcodes in a square of roughly 10 x 10 inches. We have some pcbs with 3-4 barcodes (linear, 2D barcodes), and it can read them all in one take. I can find more information if you need that.

I do have an affiliation with a scanner manufacturer and I am interested in your problem. A picture of your current setup and the conditions under which you are having problems would help me to make better suggestions.
