I'm looking for some information or possibly some contact info on someone who could answer this question for me. I'm interested in how 2D post print inspection is done on the late model MPM Accuflex, and more importantly, if the programming can be done off-line?

hi, The 2D uses gray scale analysis to calculate area coverage of paste on the pad. Off-line programming was offered via CircuitCAM from Aegis.
