Do you have or know of a procedure/manual for calibration on universal instruments HSC/Genesis/Flexjet feeders?

Yes I wondered that myself for the Juki pick & place machine, then I noticed the default value when doing the "pick tracking" is 5 so I am left thinking why not use that value.

So when you introduce a new reel the value comes up "5, feeder position" where 5 is for 5 millimeters.

Otherwise I take it you are like me, when you replace a feeder you have to redo the pick tracking, and on the smallest parts it can be off very easy and more often than the bigger parts.
