I don't even have that at this point, these are machines we have had, and are bringing out for a high volume run. no one has ever run or programmed them! yup! I have a little work ahead of me! can I program with either mcs16 or mcs30

You do not want get involved with MCS if you can avoid it. It's archaic old school that 3 people on the planet know how to use properly.

I agree with SrTech. MCS is old and not user friendly. If you decide to try it I have a MCS 16 installation manual collecting dust. You are welcome to it.

If you go with MCS I would recommend using an MCS30. You would have to make sure that the E-Proms for host communication are installed in the MCS and the host module (software)as well. You would then need CadConvert to program and transfer programs from an off-line PC to the MCS via an RS-232 cable or FTP. RS-232 is the easiest way to go. You can download or upload Source Programs, Production Programs and Part Data files. CadConvert was a freeware program available from Fuji. I still have a copy of version 2.0
