This maybe a silly question, but why? Usually, your bottle neck is pick and place, and not the printer.

If you want to put them in a single lane to feed you pick and place, there might be some software challeges like first printer skip first board and print second....(for this you will have to contact your printer manufacturer,they will probably do it for you). I don't see a reason why this wouldn't work.
