Can anyone point me to a company that can recycle the breakaway material from our PCBs? Thanks

PCB breakaway tabs, such as the borders around panels, often do not have any metal on them. These would have no recycle value.

Our local metals recycling company has now started to recycle PCBs, loaded or unloaded. They only pay $0.08 (USD) per pound which isn't much but at least we are no longer tossing them into the local landfill. Since they are located only 2 blocks from us, we have started taking our scrap PCBs to them. Check to see if there is a company near you doing the same thing.
