Tacky Flux Recommendations

Hello,

I'm looking for a recommendation on a good water soluble tacky flux. We would be using the material for attachment of SMT straddle mount connectors. We need something that is easy to clean and wets very well. This would be a tin/lead process but something compatible with lead free processing would be a bonus.
