I'm looking into ESS test equipment. What is the max heat/cool down per minute that a water controlled system can meet? What type of equipment is out there and the costs.

I'm looking for temperature cycling only, that can ramp 25 degrees C/min. Standard operating range, -70 to 170 deg C. chamber size roughly 24 to 30 inches.
