Hello Everyone,

I recently came across the need of SMT Setup Center for Samsung SMT Machines. We are checking for simple tool with offline side (preparation before SMT process) and online side (on SMT process) than are based on SMT setup files only.

Any suggestions?

My software does offline generation of Samsung files specifically the CP45, SML421 and the SSA file format files. It is shareware. If you are interested in other Samsung formats I do have files for other models I have not added due to lack of current user interest. Feel free to add your requirements to the list of things I need to do. The new machines with their XML formats are fairly easy to add! They may even be readable between different machines (this I haven't tested again due to lack of user interest.).

Hi,

I want to add some clearance to my question that I didn't speak about preparing files for Samsung SMT machines. I am speaking about process of SMT carts preparation (offline) and process of SMT feeder/component replacing when it is on the SMT line (online).

Also, I can tell you, that we have found that solution developed up to day supports only new machines. But we are speaking about old machines that is a most one.
