Fuji CP3 Main-Conveyor error Problem | 28 September, 2013

Hi. 'm new to this Fuji CP3, I bought this machine in working condition ( I saw it ran, but I forgot to check the board in and out ).... Moved to my location, Problem: When the board is trying to load to the X-Y table, it passed the conveyor B but the main-conveyor for X-Y table motor is not run. I checked the in sensor ( light off when the PCB is present, and on when it has no PCB ). Manually push the PCB to Board-arrived sensor ( light ON when has the PCB ). the machine runs when I manually push the PCB to Board-arrived sensor. Checked UPPER and LOWER sensor are O.K

Fuji CP3 Main-Conveyor error Problem | 1 October, 2013

Please go to output from I/O option and press on/off option in the main conveyor. While on condition motor should on when off motor should stop.If this will not happen then need to change I/o card.

thanks I tested the conveyor A or B , when it is on the motor turn and the green LED at the out put card is also light on. But when i turn on the X y table motor , the green LED is on , but the motor is not run.

I will try to replace the I/O card tomorrow and let you know the result. thank you
