Hi, I have an old GSM1 p&p machine unused for some time and I would like to know if someone can give me the correct jumper settings for the 3 Radisys UIMC axis control cards that go on slots 10,11 and 12.Someone modified card positions and I dont know the correct order and jumper settings for each.

Hey,

First you need to check if the I/O port setting is ok. Also how many jumpers are you using? Atlast always connect JP4 to PLD registers base address

Do You know what is the purpose of slot 12 card, the third one?I it has the fail led on after startup so it cannot pass the machine model loading stage.

Sorry, I did not check the forum for a few days. Slot 12 controller is in charge for PWC and Beam1 Head1 (front) theta and Z axes.

Which sw. version is installed on your machine?
