Fuji F4G CP6 oprimizer not showing programs?

Hi all,

I partially installed the F4G files in a Windows XP machine. Partially because this machine is not connected to any production machines. So I installed the library, programmer group and the cp6 optimizer. The Data Manager works. I can see all our production programs. The cp6 opt. does not show the list of programs though. How do I fix this?
