Hi,Friend , this is very easy to distinguish the ENIG and gold plating pcb, you can stratch the solder mask off and see the copper under solder mask is gold coated or just copper ,if the copper under solder mask also coated with gold then the board is Gold plated pcb , or the board is ENIG PCB .

Hi Hyng,

You can distinguish their color:

ENIG with golden color

and gold plating is a little bit dark than ENIG.
