UL approved material for staking capacitors on boards | 2 November, 2016

I'm looking for a UL alternative to Araldite 2040 for components staking on PCBs.

Ideally, viscosity around 50k cp, room temperature or UV cure, and hardness above shore D 35.

Any suggestions?

It's been a very long process with minimal results to find a suitable alternative.
