ALL SERVO DRIVERS DO NOT TURN ON FOR CP8-42 | 2 November, 2016

Dear FUJI Specialist, I need your HELP, we have an CP8-42-E and machine was working properly and from one day to another when we Turn ON the machine make all the startup and check all the list, when all is ready, you have to Puch Ready and automaticly the Servos Amplifiers Turn ON, during the start UP all drivers show the number 66 and when every Servodriver is Ready change to RUN, any of the servo amplieres turn ON or change to TUN or any of them send the Signnal or Voltage to all the Drivers or Motors.

Can help and let us know what we can do??

We check all STOP button and are OK, Doors are OK, Feeders sensors are OK,.

We Really appreciatte your support, comments and Suggestions.

Check fuses, breakers and power supplies on the machine for proper operation. Start with the basics.

If there are no errors, check main relay contacts, it is common that one contact is not closing.

I appreciate your feedback, we checked all you mentioning and are OK, yesterday we found one card is Not turning ON.

We are checking harneses solders etc.

Dear JummyB

We noted that when the machine is initializing, and when all check step pass, we just push ready button and the main relay or contactor must be activated but is not, it looks like one Card in front of the machine where all the drivers are connected, is not ON.

We are checking why and we retouch with solder the Main card where are all the small black relays CN PCB.
