Has anyone had any success polishing scratches out of a Juki laser ? If so, how did you do it ?

Hi Rob, Thanks for the response. I am not aware of any feeder crashes. We aren't real sure where the scratches came from. They do not appear to be too deep but are at the edge of acceptable. We are still up and running.

I don't think I am comfortable sending a laser (or anything) to China for refurb.

We do have some polishing capabilities in house, I was wondering if anyone ever attempted that.

Hello Sr. Tech, you have not tried to just remove the protective mica sometimes they get licked and just have to clean inside, but if you work please let me know, for some future accident greetings
