PCB Layout Training | 14 December, 2017

We've taken on a lot of new work this year and thus have need to hire more engineers and production staff. We've seen that a lot of our engineer candidates have little/no PCB layout training. Usually we could offer some on-site training on this topic, but with our current work capacity, we really don't have time to take a senior engineer away from current jobs to train new engineers on PCB layout. Does anyone here know of a good online or on-site PCB layout training course/seminar?
