Extracting and Analysing Performance Management Data from iPulse (M10, M20, M7, M4) | 28 March, 2018

Hi there,

Is anyone familiar with a method to extract and analyse performance management data from iPulse machines? I am aware that the iMS software contains an option under user parameters to output performance records, but the format in which it outputs is very unfriendly and there is no easy way to analyse many jobs quickly.

I want to analyse feeder, nozzles and head performance over time so we can make a call when to calibrate or performance maintenance. I also want to monitor the operators on their efficiency over time. If anyone has any success with this on iPulse machines please let me know.

We have developed solution, called Dashboard, that shows a performance data of SMT machines at online. Also, it has build-in reports including information that you need.
