Juki / Zevatech 730/740 - MS Parameters window | 16 August, 2018

Hello! Does anybody know how to access the "MS Parameters" window on older JUKI Pick and place machines? (mainly on 730, 740, 750, 760). Service manual mentions that it is possible to change all of the mechanical parameters from there (like for example the position of nozzle changer) but, unfortunately, I can't find almost any information how to do that. All I could find is that you probably need to boot to DOS and run the software from there and you need some kind of password. I tried booting to DOS and running "MSP.BAT" but the screen freezes with the information "Please wait a moment".

I would be grateful if anyone could help me with this problem. Regards, M.

Sarason, thank you very much for your reply. I already have this manual but, unfortunately, it only mentions this elusive "MS Parameters" window but doesn't state how to get there and what is the password.

A lot of machines have such parameters stored in an ascii file that can be edited with notepad. But of course doing so could be the fastest way to destroy a machine with a typo.

Hello Stephen, thank you for your reply. This machine uses binary files to store the settings (or at least stores backups as binary files). Also, this "MS Parameters" window contains not only parameters alone but also calibration procedures, so it would be nice to get access to that. Regards, M.

Caro amigo Charlien poderia me dizer como proceder o item 11? do arquivo pdf ms parameter window? para mover a cabeça para bloco de calibração? deve ter algum comando ou atalho no teclado para movimentar a cabeça dela e baixar a cabeça até nivel de calibragem... Faço tudo mas hora que chega nesse ponto não consigo prosseguir. Obrigado!

Em prosseguimento a minha pergunta acabei descobrindo o procedimento o qual tinha duvida com um técnico da maquina! Deve ir no Hod entrar em Device selecionar a cabeça que vai calibrar e ir no Z nas setas +Z e -Z pressionando até que se consiga nivelar a jig no eixo de calibração que pode ser uma chave allien de 5mm
