Depends on what machine you want to get.

Linux OP used on S13-S15-S20-F3-F4 for a time but they changed to WinXP - after '96. The new software with WinXp is more stable as the Lunix version. The Linux version was really sensitive of LinePC-StationPC connection.

All the machines after S20 have WinXP as main OP.
