I have not been able to get any contact with DEK today; did they get bought out by Vitronics Soltec and where can I get parts?

Not gone, just renamed. ASM SMT Solutions segment is made up of SMT Printing Solutions (DEK) and SMT Placement Solutions (SIPLACE).

Maybe, you're thinking: Vitronics: Soltec acquired Vitronics in 1997 and became Vitronics Soltec. In 2008, Illinois Tool Works [ITW] acquired VS Acquisition Holding Inc., the parent company of Vitronics Soltec Corp.
