Correct size screwdriver bit for torquing M1.6 screw? | 27 September, 2019

We are to install a very small BGA socket, the datasheet noted to be torque the M1.6 size Phillips screw to the spec for installation. I couldn't find the correct size bit that would fit our torque screwdriver. Per the screw size, shouldn't it be PH00 or even PH000? But seem like PH00 & PH000 only made for the precision bit, which I can't use it on our torque screwdriver. Checked with "Grainger", but they are also unable to find a solution for what I am looking for. The customer sends us tips for it, but it's PH0, that would still not the right size, is it? Damaged screw is the last thing I would like to see. Is there an adapter out there would do the trick?

I'm beginning to think that the screws "just aren't made like they used to be".

That said, if the description of the bit is just PH0, PH00, "standard" or "high torque" without providing geometry (same thing goes for the screws), it's nearly impossible to find the right bits for small screws. I can find fine screwdrivers that work great, just not the bits for 1/4" hex torque applications.
