Hello all!! we are having a heck of a time getting a TE Connector to solder TE P/N 2305018-2. the part design is terrible!! the parts tips forward and rocks side to side when mounted. we are getting many un-soldered leads. and the design does not lend itself to rework as its a closed structure. is anyone using this? have you had the same issues and if you overcame them issue could you share with me what you did for stencil design or tooling/fixturing. Thanks!!

We used a similar part and adjusted the routing so that the front edge of the connector was supported and therefore keeping the connector flat and it not being able to tip forward. I don't know if this is something that you can do with your board?
